I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location is perfect, situated at a busy intersection, yet the soundproof windows kept my room quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was great, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is to make the hotel's signage more visible, as it was a bit confusing to find at first.

Great location near the historic center and ideal for starting the Transalpina route. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. the bar girl was fabulous, and the restaurant offered good food with a late opening. We also appreciated the secure parking, which was particularly convenient for our motorcycle.

Although the hotel was clean, the building and infrastructure could be improved, as we experienced issues with the toilet and shower. the noise from the street was also disturbing as the windows didn't block it entirely.

The location was great, near many tourist attractions. The food was also amazing, and we enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. Plus, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
